Webový nástroj pro prohlížení a správu geografických a obrazových dat
Filas, Miroslav ; Klíma, Ondřej (referee) ; Musil, Petr (advisor)
The goal of this Bachelor's thesis was to design and implement an interactive web application used for previewing and managing geographical and image data. The key part of the solution is displaying geographical elements in map and image views, as well as implementation of optimization techniques of predictive loading. As a result, an app was developed with the client side implemented in the Vue.js framework, and the server side implemented with the FastAPI library and the MongoDB database.
Automatická kontrola dopravního značení
Čechmánek, Roman ; Klíma, Ondřej (referee) ; Musil, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this work is to create a cost-effective tool capable that would be able to automate the process of traffic sign control. This includes working with records of drives on land communications, created using inexpensive recording devices such as GoPro action cameras or certain dashcams. The control is based on the system localized traffic signs and historical traffic sign mapping data. The result of the work is a system whose input consists of drive records and historical data, and whose output is two files containing information about the inspection results. The first of these is a GEOJSON file, suitable for further processing of the collected data, and an HTML file that provides a simple user interface visualizing the inspection results on an interactive web map.
Online video annotation tool
Tato práce obsahuje informace o existujících nástrojích, knihovnách a nástrojích použitých v procesu vývoje, o procesu vývoje uživatelského rozhraní a podrobnosti o implementaci. Implementovaný nástroj obsahuje funkce pro správu videa, editaci anotací a import či export dat. Díky aplikaci má uživatel možnost anotovat svá videa pro další využití v různých oblastech.
Interactive Component for Playback Streaming Video
Krukhmalov, Kostiantyn ; Klíma, Ondřej (referee) ; Bařina, David (advisor)
The goal of the work is to design and implement a web component for video playback with interactive components and a changing video source. Video source changes due to user's interaction with player elements. In this way, the user can add new parts to his viewing. In this way, the length of the entire video increases without getting stuck or refreshing the website. Communication between the server and the client is implemented in the REST style. The entire work is implemented in C\# using the ASP.NET Core framework, Blazor was used for the client part.
GUI to FFmpeg for Building a Filter Graph
Klimaj, Daniel ; Klíma, Ondřej (referee) ; Bařina, David (advisor)
This work deals with implementation of applications with a graphical user interface for creating filter graph in FFmpeg. The work includes a design of a solution which contains a design of a graphical user interface and object model representation of the filter graph, as well as a description of the implementation zhotovenje on the basis of these designs. Part of this work is a comparison of the achieved result with existing solutions.
Analysis of JPEG 2000 Settings
Vrtělová, Lucie ; Klíma, Ondřej (referee) ; Bařina, David (advisor)
This thesis is focused on analysis of JPEG 2000 settings. The aim of this thesis is to explore and compare each settings and different implementation. The analysis was done with two libraries, which implements JPEG 2000 - Kakadu and OpenJPEG. Data was processed by framework written in Python3. Created solution provides comprehensive view on using each settings of JPEG 2000 on specific data. Results of this thesis allow faster using of JPEG 2000 on specific data.
Content-Based Searching for Similar CT Scans
Hošek, Pavel ; Klíma, Ondřej (referee) ; Španěl, Michal (advisor)
The work deals with the design and implementation of tool for Content-Based Searching for similar CT scans. This work also deals with comparision of individual methods for searching for similar CT scans. Third-party libraries are used to extract individual descriptors. Furthermore, this work  presents results of the implemented  searching tool and also presents results of the comparision of individual methods for Content-Based Searching for similar CT scans and suggests possible improvements.
Polygon Meshes Reconstruction
Klíma, Ondřej ; Beran, Vítězslav (referee) ; Španěl, Michal (advisor)
The thesis is focussed on the reconstruction of a damaged skull represented by a polygonal model. The reconstruction is based on a statistical shape model of the skull. The thesis covers the registration of skulls by using a thin-plate spline method, aligning polygonal models by generalized procrustes analysis, the identification of missing parts of a skull by means of statistical shape models outliers analysis. Finally, missing parts of the skull are reconstructed and the accuracy of the reconstruction is estimated.
Error Resilience Analysis for JPEG 2000
Kovalčík, Marek ; Klíma, Ondřej (referee) ; Bařina, David (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to analyze modern image compression format of JPEG 2000. It analyzes the effect of error resilience mechanisms on image compression with different settings. The impact of using tag embedding to help repair damaged images or using compression modes to improve error resilience is examined here. Quality is evaluated by the PSNR metric that detects the similarity of compressed and reference file. Adding certain tags to the data stream or using certain compression modes should help secure the JPEG 2000 file against image reconstruction damage. To test this hipothesis, there was created a model that acidentally damage the compressed file and evaluate decompressed images. The Kakadu library, which provides efficient work with the JPEG 2000 format, is used for the work. The experimental data set consists of various photographs in uncompressed PPM format in smaller but also in higher resolutions. The result of this work is to find out which compression settings to use for which group of images to make the compression efficient and secure the best. The end of this thesis is devoted to comparison of error resilience of JPEG 2000 and CCSDS 122.0.
Forensic Identification of Child Faces
Klíma, Ondřej ; Španěl, Michal (referee) ; Beran, Vítězslav (advisor)
This thesis is focussed on children's faces comparison. Its aim is to create the application providing functions for photocomparison and ageing. Both these parts work with portrait photos of children. Photocomparison purpose is a metric expression of similarity of two portraits independently on their age. Ageing is a tool for the simulation of an individual's growing old on the photo. Principles of both functions are based on geometric morphometry methods, particulary on procrustes analysis and thin-plate spline aproximation.
