Motivation approaches of employees in Russian Enterprise

The purpose of this work is to analyze HR motivational practices in Holiday LLC and develop recommendations for their improvement. The research methods were the analysis of literary sources, methods of economic analysis, such as the method of means, the index method, the method of relative magnitudes, the graphical method, the analysis of documents, the survey of workers. Research procedures. The analysis of the staff made it possible to draw up a general picture of the state of the company's human resources. The analysis of the documents made it possible to compare the provisions regulating the motivational policy of the company with its needs, conditioned by the business strategy. The analysis of labor motivation expenditures made it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of spending on employee motivation. The economic analysis made it possible to compare the company's expenses on personnel with the indicators characterizing the formation of the company's profit. The survey made it possible to assess the satisfaction with the work of employees of the company as well as individual components. As a result, deficiencies in the motivational policy of LLC Holiday were revealed. Conclusions. It was concluded that there are shortcomings in the company's motivational policy based on the analysis of HR motivational practices at Holiday LLC. In view of the identified shortcomings, recommendations have been developed to improve the motivational policy in LLC Holiday.
