The topic of this thesis is the integration of quality, environmental and safety management systems and it's benefits. First the possibilities for integration are identified and then the benefits are demonstrated on the example of an existing integrated management system. The thesis includes recommendations for deeper integration and evaluates the effectivity of the organization's integrated management system.

Management kvality a jeho aplikace

Tato práce pojednává o systému řízení jakosti na bázi normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001. Smyslem tohoto systému je maximalizovat spokojenost zákazníka prostřednictvím kvalitního produktu. Práce popisuje jednotlivé prvky systému a ukazuje jejich aplikaci na příkladu konkrétního podniku. Cílem práce je prokázat univerzálnost použití této normy výběrem podniku z oblasti stavebnictví. Čtenář tak má možnost získat představu o podobě systému řízení jakosti v praxi a poznat jeho specifika ve stavebním oboru. Součástí práce jsou i návrhy na možná zlepšení systému.
