Strategy of a company doing business in the sector of education

The main aim of this graduation thesis is to analyze current marketing strategy of the company and to propose changes which would help the company to perform better. At the beginning of the theoretical part I firstly concentrate on general understanding of the concept of marketing and service marketing. Second chapter is focused on specifics of school marketing management and application of theory of marketing mix on the area of education. In the methodical part I start with company introduction, followed by definition of its target group and competition analysis. Then, on the basis of my own research and experiences, I analyze each part of marketing mix of the school and I perform its SWOT analysis. In the next chapter I show results of my own research in more detail and at the end there is a conclusion with my proposals how to improve current marketing strategy of the company.
Analysis of System of Employee Benefits

The theoretical part of this master's thesis defines the term employee benefits, their development, trends, structure and meaning. This part also deals with employee benefits in terms of tax legislation. The practical part describes insurance company Kooperativa pojišťovna, a.s., Vienna Insurance Group and then analyses the system of employee benefits in this company. This company is leading insurance company in the Czech Republic and important Czech employer. The company devotes to human resources area relevant attention and spends considerable resources on employee stabilisation. One part of this master's thesis is also research of employee satisfaction with employee benefits which company offers to them. Evaluation of this research is completed by suggestions of recognized defects.
The analysis of shopping facilities of Jesenice village

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the shopping facilities of Jesenice village and to answer the question of whether the number of operation units, their character and location are appropriate for demands of the increasing population in this locality. In the theoretical part I deal with the theory of regional analysis, the retail localization and I specify the basic types of retail units. In the practical part I introduce the village Jesenice, I mention the basic characteristics, make up the list of all the retail units located in Jesenice, analyze the retail location in Jesenice and then I consider the possibilities of business reinforcement by further development. In conslusion I complete my study with a questionnaire survey and suggest the improvement possibilities.
