Work motivation of employees in SZPI Tábor

The aim of this theses is to analyze the situation in the area of work motivation in CAFIA Tabor through a questionnaire survey and to draw up suggestions for improvement in this area on the basis of the findings. This thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part.The theoretical part explains the important concepts associated with motivation.The content of the practical part is a presentation of the Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority, where the questionnaire survey aimed at finding the situation in the field of employee motivation was implemented. It has been found that most employees are motivated enough to carry out their work and they are satisfied with their work. Minor shortcomings were revealed in the inspection's motivation system. The recommendation is to focus on the motivation of long-term employees in this institution, conduct regular employee surveys and alternatively set up Cafeteria system.
The issue of infertility in the Czech Republic: an analysis of the success of assisted reproduction

The subject of my thesis is to analyze the evolution of the reproductive behavior of the Czech population to assess changes over time, especially after 1989 and to analyze the success of assisted reproduction in the Czech Republic in the period 2007 to 2013. It is divided into several parts. The first theoretical part describes the change in reproductive behavior after 1989, risk factors and causes of female and male infertility, possible tratments of diagnosed infertility and various methods of assisted reproduction. Another analytical part is dedicated to the evolution of fertility and the phenomenon of childlessness of young women. Some indicators are compared with selected European countries for an overall assessment. Subsequently are analyzed in detail the most widely used methods of assisted reproduction IVF, ICSI and kryoembryotransfer and of using indicators Pregnancy rate and Take-home baby rate is assessed their effectiveness. The thesis is supplemented by own research reproductive and family behavior on a selected sample of the Czech population.
Cost-effectiveness of vaccination against the bacteria Neisseria meningitidis B in children aged 0-4 years

After many years of research have been developed, and then in January 2013 approved by the European Medicines Agency new multicomponent vaccine against meningococcal disease Group B Bexsero from Novartis. Meningococcal disease, because of its rapid progression and tragic consequences, a very dangerous disease. The aim of my thesis was to try to quantify the impact on the costs and benefits of the introduction of vaccination for the most vulnerable groups, namely children after birth to 4 years of age, by comparing the hypothetical vaccinated and unvaccinated cohorts. The work itself has not demonstrated at today's prices and epidemiological data Bexsero vaccines, cost efficiency. However, at a reduced cost or increased incidence of cases appear to vaccination Bexsero as well utilized resources.
Financial analysis of selected medical devices: Regional Hospital Jičín, a.s.

The aim of the Diploma thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the health facility Regional Hospital Jicin a.s., using selected methods of financial analysis. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part summarizes the principles and methodology of financial analysis. This part is also describing the specification in health field. The practical part is describing the analyzed healthcare-technical equipment. It is followed by practical implementation of financial analysis which analyses the management of Hospital Jicin, a. s. A partial aim of this Diploma thesis is to analyze the possibilities of medical equipment revenue, which is presented by the PEST analysis. In conclusion, based on evidence described in the analytical part of the thesis are proceeding some proposals and recommendations that could lead to more effective management of medical equipment

This diploma thesis deals with competitive environment between health insurances in the Czech republic. I focused on historical development in the context of health insurances, their position in Czech market through their size, amount of insured, incomes and costs. I compare the whole system with Slovak market. I also focus on rate of competiton between health insurance companies in the Czech republic.
Stressogenic Factors in a Health-Care Facility

This thesis deals with work-related stress and stressors of medical staff, doctors and nurses. The aim is to expound this issue and to determine the level of stressors influencing the medical staff in given hospitals. As first in the theoretical section, the characteristics and specifics of medical profession are described, thereafter personality traits supposed for this profession. The second chapter describes stress, which medical staff is burdened with, and concrete typical stressors as well. The third chapter concerns burnout syndrome, which is a possible consequence of long-acting stress. The fourth and last chapter is devoted to the prevention and coping of stress and burnout. The practical section presents the evaluation of the survey concerning effect of stressors on the medical staff of four selected hospitals. According to the ascertained results are outlined measures for improving the situation and preventing acting stressors.

Content of my thesis is description and analysis of marketing communication in Health Insurance Company Dovera, a.s. Goal of the theoretical part is to introduce to the readers basic terms as marketing, marketing communication and as well description of particular elements of communication mix. Content of practical part is investigation of system of Health Insurance companies in Slovak Republic and concrete characteristics of Health Insurance Company Dovera. Main part of my thesis is focused on marketing strategy of Health Insurance Company Dovera, its products and services, their distribution channels and their presentation on the market. As final result I prepare comparison of theoretical knowledge with current marketing communication inside Health Insurance Company Dovera.
Strategy in Covering Areas of Interest in the Sphere of Pharmacy Services

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out whether it is convenient to build a new pharmacy chain in supermarkets or hypermarkets Albert in region Královehradecký and South Czech region. The theoretical part is focused on progress in pharmacy, history, main pharmaceutical institutions and some economic indicators. The practical part contains interactive maps, which had helped me to reach the aim of the thesis. In interactive maps are shown supermarkets/hypermarkets Albert, Kaufland, existing pharmacies and hospitals, which are not more than 3 kilometers far form supermarket/hypermarket Albert. I also analyzed factors in each region, such as unemployment rate, number of inhabitants, average monthly salary, etc. and made proper conclusions.

This diploma thesis is about the illness called multiple sclerosis. The theoretic part describes this illness, its history, types of multiple sclerosis and refers to economic costs. The practical part detected the position of patients and evaluates their quality of life. The most important in this part are economic costs of patient and economic costs of insurance companies.
