Energy saving financing in the CR in comparison with selected programs abroad

This master thesis is looking into problems of financing of energy saving arrangements in residential buildings. The paper concentrates on an analysis of all available sources of financing. After a brief characteristic of basic ways of financing, including Czech and foreign models, it introduces closer only a selection of the available programs, grant titles and commercial products. Then the attention is paid to more specific programs and products from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Germany. This paper applies their program parameters to a model object of the residential building and assesses each and every option, using selected economical standards. Based on these parameters, it appraises an economical effectiveness of the investment in individual variations of financing from the point of view of an investor and a state, expressed with the price of a unit saved CO2 emission. By combining both preferential variations of an investor and a state, an optimal variation of financing for the model object is found.
Planning process of development in a case of office building

This bachelor thesis is focused on documentation of a plannig process of a real project in office development. It is based on methodology of scope, time and costs planning. It describes content and problems of realization from investors point of view. It analyses possible causes and results of certain complications. The office building, which is described, is part of a large development project.

This Thesis analyze organizational administrative steps and impact of integration of extensive EU 7th Framework Programme from Research and Development area into current small-medium company environment with foreign capital in local Czech market. Thesis pointing out to one of many ways of project implementation into intradepartmental structure it`s complexity and possible difficulties. The practical part analyses initial phase of the project, concrete deprivation, mistakes taken during implementation phase and than practical financial, administrative, legal and organizational recommendations.
The Use of Project Management Methodologies for Implementation of Information Systems; their Comparison and Use in Practice

The diploma paper introduces and, consequently, compares the worldwide accepted project management standards PMBOK Guide and CzNCB and ASAP Methodology for Implementation. Project management standards were presented by PMI and IPMA organizations, ASAP Methodology for Implementation was developed by SAP organization. The theoretical background is further applied on real situations within projects of implementations of SAP solutions that are realized by the company NESS Czech s.r.o.. Possible difficulties, which may arise during every implementation of SAP solutions, are being identified due to knowledge and experience of project managers and solution architects of NESS Czech s.r.o., not only during each phase of ASAP Methodology for Implementation but also during pre-implementation project phase. After settling the role and responsibilities of the supplier's project manager, the solutions how to avoid and/or react on possible difficulties, in charge of supplier's project manager, are being indicated.
Implementation of ITIL methodology for IT Governance

The Diploma thesis Implementation of ITIL methodology for IT Governance describes the importance of IT Governance in an organization, ways of using several methodologies, the differences between those methodologies and preferred methodology ITIL. The ITIL methodology is described in all stages of the Service lifecycle. In the second part, the methodology is applied on a real organization: Faculty of Business Administration. On the real IT services, provided by the faculty IT unit in all 5 stages of the Service lifecycle.
Implementation of CAF Model on chosen municipalities

The aim of the Master's Thesis is to describe the implementation of CAF Model on chosen municipalities, after that to evaluate differencies between selected examples, next to propose and prepare more cost-effective processes for the whole implementation in municipalities and further try to detect and eliminate all risks. As examples were chosen two different public institutions - Municipality of Konice and The Regional Authority of the Olomouc Region. Both progressed differently, however it is possible to find similar problems during the whole implementation and problem-solving as well. On the basis of evaluation of both examples there is a new methods proposal for the implementation of CAF Model, which eliminates frequent problems. The last chapter is applied to layout of future progress in the field of quality management at municipality sector in a short-term and long-term horizon.
Analysis of the project application and feasibility study of an unapproved program OPPK

The aim of this work is to evaluate the project application and feasibility study, which was made in the Operational Programme under the priority axis OPPK 3.3 Innovation business under the name "The efficiencies in production, rental and operation of information systems", which was not approved. The theoretical part is devoted to a brief presentation of the European Union funds and the definition of financial indicators used in the evaluation of the merits. The practical part is to find formal and informal mistakes committed by the application processor, and processing of proposals, including recommendations, which would be more suitable under given conditions. Added value of this work is to identify deficiencies of the above mentioned feasibility study and project applications. These will serve as background and guidance for avoiding similar mistakes when writing other projects in the program OPPK

The aim of this thesis is to explore management challenges of an enterprise, which it has to face in the times of turbulent economic changes and which are difficult to handle for a functional organization. The solution provided by this thesis is to successfully implement process and project management systems. The theory part provides an introduction to the principles of project management and process management, focusing on their integration and practical application in the real business environment. The thesis also aims at powers and responsibilities delegation for project managers and process owners as well as their necessary competences. The practical part will study a real case of the implementation of a new process and project management system, comparing the results of the enterprise before and after the implementation.
Project for development of a multiple purpose centre and evaluation of the options for project funding

The essay deals with the options for community project funding. Its initial section identifies the most important differences between regions and principles of the regional development strategy in the Czech Republic. It also characterizes specific problems of the Ústí Region, especially the Litoměřice region, which is one of the regions enjoying the concentrated government support. The essay also characterizes the "prominent municipality of the region" and outlines a project to resolve the issues partly as well as individual activities, risky activities, a time schedule and a project budget. The following section is devoted to the analysis of selected options for municipal project funding, i.e. funding from own municipal resources, credit or subsidy funding. Final chapter of the essay suggests the most suitable method for funding of the outlined project.
Possibile Funding for a Rybna nad Zdobnici's Project

This project should enable funding of the aims of the village from public resource. Theoretical part of this document deals with strategic management and describes Program rozvoje venkova and Operational Programme Environment. Both focus on the possible funding of this kind of projects. Project was elaborated in practical part of this document.
