Psychological aspects of criminality of youth

The diploma thesis deals with juvenile delinquency and its causes. The aim of this work is to clarify what are the causes of juvenile delinquent behavior and how such behavior can be prevented through social work. The work contains a total of five chapters and begins with the definition of youth and the characteristics of adolescence, its changes and identity. Then it deals with socialization and its factors, which are an important factor in adolescence. The next part is devoted to risky behavior and juvenile delinquency. Attention is paid mainly to the motivation of criminal behavior and juvenile delinquency from the point of view of socialization disorders. The last part is devoted to social work in the context of prevention of socially pathological phenomena and deals mainly with prevention and tools of social work with regard to juvenile delinquency.
Preventive programs for the elderly people as a topic of social- education

The thesis deals with preventive programs for the old people. The aim of the thesis is to explain how can preventive programs for old people develop social competences of old people. For old people is important to maintain self sufficiency and autonomy, because this affects their quality of life, which is important for their integrity. The old people can be at risk of social exclusion based on risk factors, such as retiring to retirement and related loneliness. Old people may become victims of violance or abuse. Therefore, it is important, that society can offer preventive programs to develop their social competences. The thesis shows some examples of selected preventive programs.
