This thesis deals with the project documentation of a three-storey apartment building in Prostějov. The house has three aboveground floors and one underground floor. In the basement there is a technical backgroung, storage cubicles, drying room, meeting room, stocks, workroom and bicycle storages. On the first floor there is a room for strollers, a cleaning room and four residential units. Each apartment has its own terrace with garden access. On the other floors there is a drying room and four residential units. Each apartment has its own balcony. On the third floor there is an exit to the roof. Perimeter and internal load-bearing masonry in the upper floors are made of ceramic blocks. In the basement, the load-bearing perimeter masonry consists of concrete blocks of lost formwork filled with concrete. The internal load-bearing masonry in the basement consists of ceramic blocks. The ceiling structures are designed as composite ceramic-concrete ceilings made of MIAKO inserts and POT beams. Balcony structures are formed using ISO beams. The roof structure is designed as a flat, single skin roof. The apartment building is insulated with a certified thermal insulation system.
