Analysis of stress field in the vicinity of fatigue crack in IPE made from stainless steel
Juhászová, Tereza ; Malíková, Lucie (referee) ; Seitl, Stanislav (advisor)
The master thesis is focused on analysis of stress field in the vicinity of stress concentration of stainless steel IPE beam loaded in tree point bending. Theoretical part includes introduction to fracture mechanics with basic terms, principles and variables used to describe fatigue behaviour of material. It concludes teoretical grounds of fracture tests which are future focus of the thesis, methodes used by numerical softwares and methodes used to obtain numerical results. Practical part includes comparision between two and three dimensional numerical models in three point bending, IPE model with different crack front shapes and plastic zone size. Numerical modelling was processed in Ansys Mechanical APDL. Thesis also involves results of experimental testing evaluated using numerical model.
Numerical support for wedge splitting test on non-traditional geometry
Juhászová, Tereza ; Malíková, Lucie (referee) ; Seitl, Stanislav (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is focused on numerical support of wedge splitting test with non-traditional geometry. Numerical analysis takes place in program Ansys, defining behavior of models with modified entry parameters. Attention is focused on values of parameters characteristic for fracture mechanics; stress intensity factor and T-stress and functions describing their relationship to length of crack, evaluation of which is graphically illustrated.
Minority Rights and Possibilities of Identification of the Hungarian Minority in Czechoslovakia on Žitný ostrov in 1969-1989
Ročkár, Matej ; Juhászová, Tereza (advisor) ; Klípa, Ondřej (referee)
The thesis deals with the minority rights of the Hungarian minority in Czechoslovakia in the period 1969 - 1989. The thesis focuses on the impact of the state's minority policy on the everyday life of Hungarians on Žitný ostrov, which is one of the regions with the strongest proportion of Hungarians of all regions in Slovakia. The period between 1969 and 1989 was marked not only by the normalisation processes following the invasion of the Warsaw Pact troops but also by the federalisation of Czechoslovakia. Thanks to this, some of the competencies that had an impact on the daily life of national minorities were transferred to the level of Slovakia as one of the state-forming units. This thesis aims to find out how members of the Hungarian minority experienced the period of normalisation. To answer this question, research was conducted in the form of personal interviews with witnesses. Their memories and experiences of the period under study are confronted in the thesis with the minority legislation in force at the time. The main part of the thesis is devoted to the possibility of identification of the Hungarian minority. First of all, it focuses on the possibility of using the mother tongue in the public space, education, access to media, information and culture in the Hungarian language....

Expected Fatigue Crack Propagation with Selected Geometric Shapes in IPE 80
Juhászová, Tereza ; Seitl, Stanislav ; Miarka, Petr
The focus of this contribution is to investigate fatigue behaviour of I cross-section beam. Stainless steel IPE beam with initiate concentrator is loaded in three point bending and the crack growth rate is analysed for various crack front shapes. Stress intensity factor size in the crack tip is being investigated in relation to growth rate of discontinuity. Load number of cycles is predictable basing on hypothesis of fatigue behaviour of material and the results are compared to experimental results of studies performed on compact tension specimen made from the similar material.
The conceptions of National Identity in Hungary and Finland in the context of the European Union.
Zaitsev, Dan Aaron Alexander ; Weiss, Tomáš (advisor) ; Ciuta, Felix (referee) ; Juhászová, Tereza (referee)
1. Abstract The European Union has transformed enormously during the last three of decades from a purely economic institution to a political project which has generated a strong nationalist backlash from several countries, especially in post-Soviet nations, such as Hungary that gained independence not long ago in 1991. However, such signs of Euroscepticism were apparent also elsewhere in Europe, including in Finland where a resurgence of nationalism happened in the form of populist parties and increased Euroscepticism among traditional conservative segments of society. This thesis will examine these phenomena through a historical analysis of Hungary and Finland with the aim of examining and highlighting important features in their national identities that are seen to be triggered through various developments in the context of the European Union, such as the 2008 Financial Crisis, the 2015 refugee crisis and other types of change that has occurred in the enlargement process of the political union that the EU is striving to further. Such developments will be discussed using a theoretical framework of nationalism and through examining different features of a nation, specifically through the ideas of Johann Gottfried Herder, Anthony Smith, and Hans Kohn among others. Hungary and Finland were chosen due to...
