Flamenco as a reflection of andalusian popular culture

(in English) The aim of the thesis is to treat the topic of flamenco culture in the place of its origins. It interconnects filological and ethnographical data and the manner of perception of the cultural region of its origin. Its main focus is to describe the history of flamenco as a complex as well as its compounds. Its contents are dedicated to the history and the fundamental elements that participate on the formation and function of the culture itself. The emphasis lays on the expression of the dance, and the so called canto. The end of the thesis is dealing with the phenomenon of flamenco outside Andalucía, in this case the czech cultural region.

The thesis Cante jondo as a reflection of solitude of the flamenco community of Andalucía observes the letras, the lyrics of the songs of the flamenco phenomenon of the cante jondo, and the reflection and manifestation of different kinds of solitude within the lyrics of the song of the flamenco community of the southern spanish region of Andalucía. The thesis Cante jondo as a reflection of solitude of the flamenco community serves as an overview of the particular styles of the cante jondo. It focuses before all at the description of the musical component of flamenco and the most it focuses on the phenomenon of the cante jondo.
