Restructuring of the social and legal protection of children in the Czech republic

The amendment to Act No. 359/1999 Coll. on social and legal protection of children professes support the idea of foster care, foster care and mainly due to changes not only in working practices of child protection agencies are trying to better reflect the situation in families and map suitable for children and parents mediation foster care.
