This bachelor thesis contains a review of possible technologies for the production of pellets and briquettes. Emphasis is placed on technology for the treatment of biomass for further use. Easy to biomass use is subject to the homogenization and adjusting to the wood chips, pellets or briquettes. The final part of thesis is concerned with energy and economic balance of a specific production line pellets.

The subject of work is building-technology project Training center in Zasova. The study includes a technical report on the construction technological project, technical report of the site equipment project including a drawings, design of the main building machines, technical report of transport relations, itemized budget, the detailed time plan of the construction, technology regulations to of the selected construction processes, inspection and testing plans, occupational safety, environment, contract for construction works, major lifting mechanisms evaluation from an economic perspective.

This thesis describes the characteristics, treatment and processing of biomass into a form shaped solid biofuels. It contains an overview of the requirements for pellets quality, possible means of improving the quality of pellets and methods of processing materials in order to achieve the desired quality of pellets. This thesis has shaped economic production of biofuels and shaped the recommendations for the design of pelletizing production line alternative pellets.

Summary: Diploma thesis covers characterization of molecular crystals by X-ray structural analysis. N-carbamimidazoylisonikotinamid and 1-phenylguanidin were chosen, because their potential use in second harmony generation. Their salts with inorganic acids were prepared and determined their structures. Phase transition of 4,6-diaminopyrimidinium nitrate was studied by x-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry. This phase transition is accompanied by thermosalient effect, causing that the crystals jump.
