Business relations between China and Africa with an emphasis on foreign direct investment

With the establishment of FOCAC and the financial crisis, an expansion of Chinese FDI in African countries have begun. These events have received increased attention recently, which among other reasons, became an incentive for writing this thesis. The thesis focuses on the analysis of mutual investment relations between China and African countries. Moreover, the main emphasis is placed on mutual cooperation and development of Chinese FDI in Africa. Bachelor thesis contributes to the subject by comprehensively analyzing the development of Chinese FDI in Africa with priority in territorial and sectoral structure. Throughout the thesis, the authoress tries to point out her opinions and attitudes to this issue.

Automatic information filtering analysis of possibilities and risks

This bachelor thesis analyses the current state of automatic information filtering on the Internet. The study describes common principles used by content recommendation systems with further focusing on web sites and applications utilizing these systems. The aim of this study is to show the dire need of content sorting and filtering, inevitably mentioning the private data protection.
