The thesis is focused on assessing the possibilities of real division garage area as the first choice to balance the case of co-ownership in the absence of agreement between the venturers. The theoretical part of the work is collected all available evidence on the assessed property, including the implementation of local investigation and assessment of whether the real property division garage complex at all possible. Subsequently valuation is made by dividing the area before, quantifying the costs of real division and valuation of real estate for newly created division of property according to the above shares.

Multifunctional Building

This thesis describes the design of a multifunctional three-storey house. The proposal includes the choice of the structural system, the choice of walls, windows, designing footings, staircases, numerous parking areas, flat roof drainage, management of rainwater. The specialized section is designed ventilating buildings with VRF systems heating / cooling with heat pumping. A check is a calculation of bearing capacity of ceiling construction.

This diploma thesis is concerning construction technological project for construction of steel hall for agricultural company in Otice. It contains study of the realization of the main technological phases of the object, solution of major traffic routes for materiál supplying, time schedule and financial plan, project for construction zone equipment, draft of the building machines and mechanism, technological specifications for mounting of the supporting structures and ceiling structures Spiroll, control plan and trial plan including risks with safety solution for both phases. It is also prepared itemized budget and construction details. The basis for this diploma thesis was design documentation.

Construction technological project of residential building in Liberec

This diploma thesis deal with phase of construction, which is foundation and upper construction of apartment building Komenského in Liberec. Building is situated in built-up and green area. Foundation circumstances is half difficult because of lower water included in soil. In this phase, we use formowork for columns, walls and roof. Used formwork is from Peri company, Quatro, Trio and Multiflex. There is suteren in the house, and because of lower water and high index of radon, we have to protect structure by compact waterproof isolation. This project contains formwork schematics and the time calculation needed to protect concrete until accomplishment. Other task is thermal review of constructions.

The main part of my thesis consists of the technological prescription for foundation slab and construction of carcass substructure „white tank“.
