The bachelor thesis “ Financing construction company´s activities ” is focused on possibilities which can finance a selected activity of the company. Considering specifics Assuring operational funding is the key to financial stability considering the specifics of building industry. In the theoretical part is dealt with property and financial structure of the company and the construction contract. The practical part applies theoretical knowledge into practice. A specific commission of the selected company is described first and afterwards its financial analysis and overall progress of the flow of funding follows.

Determination of Economic Efficiency of the Development Project

The work deals with the determination of cash flows and evaluating the economic efficiency of a development project for the construction of residential buildings. The theoretical part explains the concepts of economic efficiency and putting their indicators, describes the business plan development activities and cash flows. The thesis also addressed the possibility of financing investment projects, as well as an analysis of the current situation of the Czech economy. In the practical part of the description is made of the entire completed project, determining the cash flows of the project and its subsequent evaluation and assessment of economic efficiency.

Denisa Hrdinová Title: The motion pattern of abduction in the shoulder joint in overhead throwing of softball Extraliga players Objectives:The aim of the thesis was to monitor and evaluate the difference in the sequence of tenses of muscle recruitment during the abduction in the shoulder joint between softball players and the general population, using surface electromyography (SEMG). A partial aim was to identify shortened muscle groups of the shoulder girdle and their influence on the timing of the abductors. Another partial aim was to evaluate the effect of shortened muscle groups on possible deficits in scapulohumeral rhythm of softball players. Methods: The experimental group (n=10) and the control group (n=10) with a total average age of 21.8 ± 1.81 (SD) participated in the kinesiological analysis with targeted examination of the shortened muscle groups and scapulohumeral rhythm. Followed by SEMG examination of muscle timing during abduction in the shoulder joint. Five muscles were monitored during 15 repetitions of motion at 70 bpm. The SEMG signal analysis was processed by rectification and smoothing in MyoResearch software by Noraxon v3.80 and statistical analysis performed in program Statistica 13.4. Results: 1. Title: Case Report of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient after Osteosynthesis of the Talocrural Joint Fracture Aims: The main aim of this thesis is to acquire theoretical knowledge concerning anatomy, kinesiology and traumatology of the ankle joint. Another aim is to make the summary of physiotherapy techniques used in this field and the subsequent elaboration of the case report of a selected patient with this diagnosis during my continuous practical training. Methods: This thesis is based on my continuous practical training from 18 January, till 12 February, 2016 in the Rehabilitation Clinic Malvazinky in Prague. The thesis consists of the general and special part. The first, general part was written on the basis of the specialized literature and is focused on summarizing important information and knowledge in the field of anatomy, kinesiology, traumatology, therapeutic methods and essential physiotherapy techniques which are used during the rehabilitation after the talocrural joint fracture. The second, special part describes the case report of the patient with this diagnosis. It contains the initial kinesiology analysis, draft of a short-term and long-term treatment plan, the course of the therapy, final kinesiology analysis and most of all, an assessment of the physiotherapy treatment....
