Activity analysis and marketing strategy of the company Strašidelná Praha

The aim of this thesis is to analyze and assess the operations and marketing strategy of a family company Strašidelná Praha. The first part introduces theoretical background of marketing, such as marketing mix and SWOT analysis. The practical part provides a presentation of company Strašidelná Praha, describes its marketing mix and analyses both external and internal environment through a SWOT analysis. The research part of the thesis analyzed customer satisfaction with the data collected from an online questionnaire. The costumer satisfaction analysis includes suggestions for improvement to inspire the management of the company in future endeavours.
