The appraisal of the data on the coaches' attitudes about contemporary sport and its comparison from the viewpoint of individua! and collective sports. Methods used: Gathering of the data through a questionnaire completion, interview and the analysis of the answers obtained by the research using a unified questionaire. Results: Detection ofthe fact that the opinions and attitudes ofthe coaches do not differ significantly in the chosen sports. Key words: Coach, sports, coaching, training, education, shape. 3
