The parterre is made up of passages replicating popupular pedestrian routes of population Valasske Mezirici. This led to the dismantling of fuel stores, that supported it and smashed the whole interior of the parterre, resulting in an increase in exhibition space was interesting shops and representational space. At higher levels, this motif is repeated on the facades of terraces, and that the inhabitants of each house done looking into the windows.

LOCATION - The area is located near the historical center and immediately adjacent to the boundary of the zone of urban conservation area and is one of the main pedestrian route from the city center. ARCHITECTURAL FORM - The house is divided by different optical profiling of roof area, which lies a mass of the object. This classification divides and regulates the scale of the building for drop-in with the surrounding buildings. FUNCTION - The building is designed as a multi-functional building with a business partner, housing and administration in the floors and parking
