The subject of this work is a variant solution in residential areas. In the first case, the emphasis on the economic aspect with regard to the occupation of the building plots in relation to local roads. In the second study, the greatest weight is given to aesthetics and architectural design. The third situation is conceived as a compromise between reasonable price and architectural design. In all cases, a study situational architectural drawings.
