Cost Controlling in a Company

The aim of the thesis, which is divided into a theoretical and a practical part, is to describe and analyze the current tendency in a company’s cost management, and suggest a precaution leading to an improvement. The theoretical part compiles the classification of costs, calculations, and tools and processes of cost management. The practical part then describes cost management in the analyzed company. Both vertical and horizontal financial analysis are rendered – from the analyses, precautions are defined, as well as cost items, which are suggested to be paid attention to.

Work defines main terms: definitions, components, structure, influences, function, typologies and methods of organizational culture content. Written inquiry and documents content analysis were used to determine the present state of organization culture in XYZ, a.s. company. The target was to design necessary steps which should provide areas of organizational culture.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the comparison of personal income taxes in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The first part of the thesis describes basic concepts, the personal income tax and the procedures for determining the tax liability. In the analytical part, the model example calculates the personal tax liability in both states, while a mutual comparison is provided then. The last part deals with possibilities of tax optimization in the Czech Republic.

The creation of the class educational plan

This Bachelor´s Thesis deals with the creation of class educational plan for the form with ecological aim. The Thesis consists of theoretical and partical part and attachments. Thesis theoretical part covers general creation of school and class plans, projects,ecological education and its fundion in nursery school. It also deals with the importance of bees for preservation of life on the Earth. This part works with professional literature. A year - long project is designed and partly realized in the practical part. The year - long projects tries to explain life and importance of bees to preschool children in comparison with children´s life in class. The whole project is guided by fairytale about Small Queen Bee. The last part contains attachments and photographic materials.
