AGROTOURISM AS A SUSTAINABLE MODE OF AGRICULTURAL MANAGEMENT IN SUBMOUNTAINOUS AND MOUTAINOUS AREAS
HOLOUBKOVÁ, Jana
Conclusion The aim of this essay is to analyze the demand for agro tourism in mountainous and sub mountainous regions, the selection of activities that would satisfy the demand of agro tourists, an analysis of the agricultural sector of the given region, and the search for funding available through subsidies and specialized funds. The questionnaire based research suggests that an entrepreneur should concentrate on young people with children and middle aged and older people. Agro tourism constitutes just 5 percent of sought-after holiday activities but it can serve as a complementary service for more popular activities. The most asked for are sightseeing, hiking and biking. The best agricultural activity to become a ``tourist attraction{\crqq} seems to be to produce and directly sell agricultural products to the customer. This could be supplemented by exhibiting handicrafts and the care for livestock. The farmer must take care of the surrounding landscape and try to improve it as it is one of the main attractions for agro tourism. Another one are people. A nice, kind attitude and qualified staff are the guaranty for satisfied customers who return or recommend the farm to more people which is one of the best forms of publicity. The most important thing in publicity is the correct focus. The most recommendable is to cooperate with specialized organizations. Since there is a growing interest in developing the countryside the efforts to support agricultural farming and to improve life in rural areas make themselves felt. The Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Regional Development together with the European Union offer a wide range of subsidies for regions that in turn pay them out to individual entrepreneurs.
Common property of spouses in a case of business activities of one of the spouses
Holoubková, Jana ; Spirit, Michal (advisor) ; Měchurová, Miroslava (referee)
The reason, why I chose this theme - Common property of spouses in a case of business activities of one of the spouses - is its high recency. The aim of my work was to summarize the main information concerning the choosen topic. In the first part of my bachelor thesis I tried to define the main notions, while in the second part I presented three case studies. I hope that these case studies will help the readers to better understand the whole problem. It is important to take into account that this topic is not concerning only the spouses, but also third parties, which can be involved in the law-suit. Therefore I am persuaded that everyone should have at least basic understanding of this problem.
