AIESEC building partnership with companies

Goal of this thesis is to analyze feedback given by AIESEC partners on my work which I did as "Vice-president External Realation" in AIESEC Praha. In that time I was striving for improvement of communication and building partnership with our customers. Second goal is to add my evaluation of the steps, which I took and propose the solution for the future. My thesis is divided into 3 parts - rules of taking care of partners, information about AIESEC and building the relationship with our partners. First two parts are more theoretical and they are describing my theoretical knowledge and information about AIESEC, which helped me to took this steps. Last part is analyzing each action which I did and how I fulfilled my goals.
Employer Branding of an International Company

Competition for talent is heating up and will probably intensify, since demographic trends make it increasingly difficult for companies to replace valued employees when they retire. In response, many companies are trying to sharpen the way they market themselves to recruits, by applying branding techniques to recruitment. For a company to exploit its brand effectively when it fishes for talent, it must think of recruits as customers, determine which corporate attributes matter most to specific types of recruits, and understand how best to reach them. This diploma thesis analyzes Belgian business graduates' aspirations in terms of first employment and their perception of our company as potential employer and brings constructive and creative recommendations on how to improve its position as employer of choice.
International Development Cooperation between the Czech Republic and Serbia

Dlouhá historie vzájemných vztahů České republiky a Srbska (potažmo Československa a Jugoslávie) získala na počátku 21. století nový rozměr: zahraniční rozvojovou spolupráci. Česká republika zařadila Srbsko mezi prioritní země své zahraniční rozvojové spolupráce především z důvodu historicko-politické, kulturní a ekonomické blízkosti. Komparativní výhodou České republiky coby dárce rozvojové pomoci Srbsku je především zkušenost (a desetiletý náskok) s procesem ekonomické transformace a začleňování do evropských struktur. S ekonomickou transformací přirozeně souvisí i rostoucí pozornost věnovaná oblasti ochrany životního prostředí; Česká republika má tedy v tomto sektoru know-how, které může Srbsku poskytnout. Česká firma Dekonta, a.s., je příkladem úspěšného zapojení českého podnikatelského subjektu do zahraniční rozvojové spolupráce v sektoru ochrany životního prostředí.
