This thesis about The importance of alleys for continuity of the green settlement system is dealing with the problematics of urban greenery system, the significance and usage of alleys in cities and the importance of the connection of the urban greenery. This thesis is split into two different parts. The first part, literal outline, is dealing with the problematics of urban greenery system and the significance of the usage of the alleys for the urban greenery. It is taking into consideration its full meaning and functional aspect of the city itself. We will also find in this part the importance of the greenery infrastructure, alley legislation, the possibility of restoration, rating and sorting the alleys. The second part, materials and methodology, is working with the methodology of rating the alleys. The key way to this is to rate the quality of the nature of the alleys and the methodology of rating the spatial links of the alleys. In the first part of the methodology was analysed and rated exactly sixty-five alleys in the area of Breclav with the overall length of 17,6km. The alleys were rated on the scale from 1 (the most significant) to 3 (least significant) depending on the significant of the connection of the urban greenery. The mark 1 scored 39 alleys, with the mark 2 (medium significant) was scored 5 alleys and the remaining 19 were granted the significance of 3. Methodology of rating the spatial links of the alleys in the picture schemes, shows the spatial links of the alleys and combine them with the first part of methodology. From this, we can conclude the following statement about the overall and final rating of the alleys. From the ratings of the alleys, we can take away a recommendation for the improvement of the alleys in Breclav and the overall urban system of the city. In conclusion is the evaluation of what is the meaning of the alleys for the continuity of urban greenery.
Zahradně architektonická studie Burianova náměstí v Brně

Bachelor thesis on the Garden architectural study of Burian Square in Brno, covers the topic of the current formation of squares as important public spaces in the city. The thesis consists of two parts. The first one is theoretical, about the history of the square and its functions in order to serve the inhabitants. The contemporary creation is complemented by examples of suitable square renovation from all over the world and also from the Czech Republic. The second part consists of analysis and design proposal. In the analytical part there are the most important aspects for design minutely described and charted. This section was made mainly in the field. The outcome is comprised of a set of analyses as a base for design solution. In the design section there is an author´s model solution of the Burian Square space. The emphasis was put on the operational and functional aspects, at the same time on the aesthetic aspect of the area solution.
Analysis of the development of the hedge fund regulation

The aim of this diploma thesis is to assess the post-crisis development of the hedge fund regulation both in the EU and in the United States as well as to outline the regulátory trends in this area. The fist part of the thesis is dedicated to the explanation of the term hedge fund by comparing it with a mutual fund, venture capital fund and a private equity fund. In the second part of the thesis I captured an overview of hedge fund strategies and their classification. The third chapter deals with various possible regulatory approaches including their impact. In this part I also describe in detail the development of the hedge fund regulation in the United States since the thirties of the last centure up to now. Part of the thesis dedicated to the EU focuses on understanding the requirements set by Alternative Investment Fund Directive and its implementation in the individual national legislations. Finally, a comparison of the individual requirements is provided and supplemented with my own findings.
The foundation and origin of a joint-stock company

In my bachelor's thesis I deal with the foundation and origin of a joint-stock company. In the first part a historical development of this form of a commercial company is characterized, sources of law related to joint-stock company are listed, characteristic features of a joint-stock company are outlined, essential information is provided about the organs of a joint-stock company as well as about the securities issued by joint-stock companies. In the main body of the thesis the difference between the foundation and the origin of a joint-stock company is described. Both ways of the foundation of a joint-stock company are examined in detail and the content elements of the founding document and the elements of the articles of association are explained. I clarify who is authorized to deal on behalf of the joint-stock company before its registration to the Commercial Register and what are the deadlines within which both monetary and non-monetary deposits are to be paid. The final part is dedicated to the origin of a joint-stock company, the proposal for registration to the Commercial Register, the compulsory documents that must be attached and the the registration process.
