Bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of marketing strategy of the ECDL Test Centre at MENDELU in Brno. The first part explains the technical issues of the creation of a marketing strategy consisting of characteristics of the marketing mix of services, individual parts of situational analysis and marketing research. The second part then deals with specific analyses applied to the ECDL Test Centre and the result of questionnaire research. The outputs obtained are used to design an effective marketing strategy.
