Significant pedagogues buried in Malostransky cemetery Bachelor's thesis Abstract This bachelor's thesis deals with an investigation on significant pedagogues buried in the Malostransky cemetery. The thesis focuses on years 1786 - 1884, a period when the Malostranský cemetery was an official burial place for Hradčany, Malá Strana and Smíchov. Emphasis is placed on cultural and historical context of the Malostransky cemetery. The results of the thesis are biographies of the teachers and descriptions of their graves in a perspective of art history. The author's objective is to investigate on the topic using literature and archival sources. The thesis uses approaches of cultural geography, historical demography, genealogy, cultural history, art history and ethnology. The work is interdisciplinary and it can contribute to history of pedagogy and history of the Charles University. Contemporary Mongolian folklore.

in english The aim of this work is to acquaint the reader with research on contemporary legends in Mongolia. This topic has not been explored among folklorists enought yet. I focused first on the general characteristics of contemporary legends, its dissemination, typology and history of research. I further elaborated, using literature and my own field research, the actual situation in Mongolia. Collected contemporary legends are accompanied by folkloric commentary. Attention is also paid to the city of Ulan Bator as a place where most of the tales were collected.
