History and development of ODA

This work deals with the development of the Civic Democratic Alliance, captures the most important moments in its development in relation to the development of Czechoslovakia and the Czech political scene since its inception in 1989 until dissolution in 2007. It describes ODA participation in government, the most important turning points in the history of the party and affairs which greatly affected it. Paper contains short biographies about most important personalities of ODA, as well as a brief explanation of some contemporary realities. A separate chapter presents the analysis and summary of ODA's election programs and characteristics of the party in terms of its organizational structure. The first part is a theoretical discussion of party systems, political parties and the most important ideologies. This helps to deepen the comprehending of the functioning of ODA and understanding its mission statement. Paper was written based on the study of materials available in political science almanacs and other publications, newspaper articles, and internal documents of ODA. Some problems have been personally consulted directly with former leaders and ordinary members of ODA. Language of contemporary czech fantastic literature

in English This thesis is a language analysis of the following books: Sladká jak krev and Psí zima written by Petra Neomillnerová and Zlatý kříž and Beton, kosti a sny from Pavel Renčín. Biggest emphasis is placed on the use of the wordage. It throughly describes use of slang, prefessionalism and professional terminology from different enviroments. Further it deals with comparisons, expresions, less traditional word-stock procedures, stylistical peculiarities and other problematics. Examined language phenomenon is always clarified in each chapter. It's occurence and significance is documented with numerous quotations from the above mentioned books. Author's intentions is to demonstrate the richness of language in czech fantasy literature.

Master thesis "The Possibilities and Perspectives of International Sales in Reference of Czech Audiovisual Works" tries to mention the theme from general perspective. Focuses on the current situation; analyzes some Czech films in the means of international trade and tries to reach conclusions.
The master thesis is structured in basic chapters: the current situation of czech cinematography, international sales, and the possibilities and perspectives of international sales. The entire problem is seen from the sales agent´s point of view. International trade is been introduced in a practical way, focusing on backstage of markets and all activities bounded with attending such a market, presents the basic contracts, analyzes some Czech films and at last but not least endevours a view in the future.
