Critical view of measures of success in the non-profit organization AIESEC Praha

The aim of my work is to critically evaluate the measures of success and performance indicators of the process of realization of corporate internships in the non-profit organization AIESEC Praha. The factors of motivating members to work for a non-profit organization are analyzed in this work with a connection to the active incentive policy of AIESEC Praha. Additionally, terms such as critical success factors and key performance indicators are defined in this work and examined in particular stages of realization of corporate internships in AIESEC Praha with an emphasis on their consistency and coherence to the global vision of the organization. In conclusion, the proposal of qualitatively better system of performance indicators and measures of success of described process is introduced.
Key performance indicators of private equity

This thesis aims to identify key performance indicators of private equity. At the beginning of the paper are defined both parts of private equity, criterias of each part and relationships among market participants. It is then outlined the history of the two main parts. In the next step is introduced global development with emphasis on the last 30 years. A larger space is then devoted to Europe, which will subsequently be a pivotal part of the work. Following this section is indicated methodology. In the next section is defined 7 countries, which are subsequently subjected to research. The fourth chapter is an empirical survey of individual States, Czech Republic, Great Britain, Poland, Sweden, Romania, Singapore and France, where are mentioned results of evaluated factors and also the defending of values. The last, fifth, is itself part of the evaluation and comments on results achieved.
Social entrepreneurship: Understanding the reality of the developing world and designing sustainable solutions

Social entrepreneurship, loosely defined as delivering social value in a sustainable way using market-based principles, is especially powerful tool in the Third world. Grass-root entrepreneurial approach of developing and empowering those countries from the bottom up is proving to be the most sustainable and efficient solution. First part of this work outlines historical context of the developing world and provides thorough analysis about challenges and threats it is facing. Furthermore, model defining what countries are the "most suitable" for a social venture is described, together with tools that are used nowadays to support the developing world. Second part puts main emphasis on defining and discussing the concept of social entrepreneurship, especially with respect to social venture design. Conclusions and practical recommendations are heavily based on interviews with successful and inspirational social entrepreneurs active in the Third world, as well as with leading NGOs with offices in the Czech Republic. All in all, the ultimate goal of this work is to create a big-picture overview about the reality the developing world is facing and describe how the most sustainable solutions can be designed.
Vedení a motivace lidí na základě zkušenosti z AIESEC

Cílem této práce je na základě vlastních zkušeností z AIESEC a nastudované literatury navrhnout komplexní model ideálního týmu a popsat jeho charakteristiky, analyzovat a zhodnotit fungování týmů pod mým vedením a porovnat je s navrženým modelem týmu ideálního. Smyslem práce je ucelená a podrobná sebereflexe mého působení jako vedoucího několika týmů v AIESEC a vyvození patřičných závěrů pro mé kvalitnější vedení týmu v budoucnosti.
Lean production - kanban

The aim of this thesis was to characterize lean production and kanban method in TRW Carr, s.r.o., Stará Boleslav. The thesis describes current firm situation with focus on kanban method. The another aim was to propose possible improvements. In the thesis are proposed solutions, successfully implemented in different plants. The thesis also include totaly new proposals, which can be implemented only in concrete plant. The last aim of this thesis was to find more effective system and implement new trends, if possible.
