Leisure centre Vyškov

Leisure center The main task of the master thesis is to design a new leisure center in Vyškov. The building is divided into the two parts. The main part has two floors with reception, entrance hall, classrooms, offices, a utility and boiler room, a dance or theatre hall, a changing room, and a toilet. The second part includes sports hall. The load-bearing walls are designed from Porotherm ceramic blocks with external thermal insulation composite system. Floor structure are designed from reinforced concrete. The main building has a flat roof, the sports has a saw roof structure. Envelope walls are insulated with ETICS. The building will be heated by a condensing boiler. It will have mechanical ventilation, integrated photovoltaic panels on the roof of sports hall to reduce electricity consumption and LED lighting. The theoretical part is to design an operating rule of the building. The operating rules are part of the facility management, which takes care of ensuring ideal conditions for the development of the main activities of the leisure center.

Gearbox with Gears Changing on Load

This bachelor work is focused on analysis of structural arrangements, technical and operating parameters of a gearbox with gear changing on the load. First part of this work is devoted to gears distribution, their gear change and the ways of gear change. The following part describes various structures of gearboxes, their principle and control. The summary evaluates advantages and disadvantages of the gearboxes and describes estimation of following development in this field.

Static solution of monolithic reinforced concrete structure

Bachelor thesis is dealing with design and assessment of reinforced concrete, ceiling slab, statically solved by two - way slab. Specialized software were used in calculation. Results were compared with manual method - method of spare frames. The following section of work is computation the effects of obliterations on the ceiling slab. Last part of bachelors thesis is connected to reviewing column by method of interaction diagram. Project documentation is attached to the dimensioned elements.

Static solution of family house

Master´s thesis is divided into two parts. In first part is author focusing on designing load-bearing structures that are made of reinforced concrete (floor slab, external wall, stairway). The assessments of those structures were made according to valid standard of ČSN EN 1992-1-1 and structural part of design documentation to those constructions were processed. In second, theoretical, part are different models of reinforced concrete slab in 3D (as part of whole construction) and in 2D created. The main task was to compare influence of different support´s stiffness in models on internal forces (bending moments) and on deflection of slab.

Family house with an establishment

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to deal with a proposal of family house with a moto-service establishment. The project is located on the land in the village Radslavice near the city Vyskov. It is two-storey partly basement house, which is connected with the motor-service establishment on the north side. Both objects form one building unit. Detached house is designed for permanent living of 4-5 family members, where the first floor is designed as a communicative zone and the second floor as a resting zone. There are a technical room and a garage on the underground floor. Peripheral walls are planned to be made from burnt bricks for accurate brickwork Porotherm of 500 mm thickness with a laine mineral isolation. The ceiling construction is from semi-mounted constructions Porotherm or monolithic reinforced concrete constructions. The project documentation is done according to the Decree number 499/2006, as an implementing documentation including fire safety solution, thermal technical assessment and building physics.

Development in Taxation of Incomes from Business Aiming at Changes Effective since 2006

This bachelor´s thesis focuses on a problems of taxation of physical person incomes from business and other self-employment which are listed in the first part of incomes tax law. It analyzes particularly the important changes between years 2006 and 2010 which are demonstrated on practical examples. Target of thesis is to improve the orientation in personal income tax from business and other self-employment and to help self-employers to understand the problems in a light of time. Another aim is to find a way of incomes taxation which was or is the most profitable for the self-employers.

Comparational analysis of termination of employment - CZ vs Germany

Zusammenfassung Das Thema dieser Diplomarbeit ist die Beendigung des Arbeitsverhältnisses - Vergleich der Rechtsregelung der Tschechischen Republik und die Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Die Arbeit gliedert sich in fünf Teile, die verschiedene Möglichkeiten der Beendigung des Arbeitsverhältnisses durch den tschechischen und deutschen Gesetzgebung behandelt, und befasst sich detailliert um einzelnen Kündigungsgründe in beiden Rechtsregelungen. Zwischen arbeitsrechtliche Rechtsregelungen beiden Nachbarländern, der Tschechischen Republik und der Bundesrepublik Deutschland gibt es auf einer Seite erhebliche Unterschiede, die sich aus wesentlichen Teil aus der unterschiedlichen rechtlichen und historischen Entwicklung ergeben. Auf der anderen Seite kommt es in der Einigung Europas zur Angleichung der Rechtsvorschriften der einzelnen Staaten, die sich im Bereich des Arbeitsrechts zum Ausdruck kommt. Obwohl sich das Arbeitsrecht ständig weiterentwickelt, behalt sich in jedem Staat seine Individualität, angesichts der Situation des Landes. Derzeit ist die Bundesrepublik Deutschland ein wichtiger Wirtschaftspartner der Tschechischen Republik.
