The thesis is focused on planning a new house with an office with its own entrance. Ground plan consists of two mutually adjacent rectangles. The object includes two above ground floors with partial basement. The basement provides garage for two cars. The house is covered with a flat roof. The garage is designed to be covered with vegetative roof. Two terraces are designed for the building. The building is designed in the walling structural systém Heluz Plus 30.
