Vliv vlastností směsi a parametrů mísení na homogenizaci farmaceutických prášků
Zámostný, P. ; Bělohlav, Z. ; Durdil, P. ; Hanika, Jiří ; Jašprová, D. ; Jezerská, L. ; Tomášek, V.
In this paper we are aiming at describing the effect of the blender size on the rates of mixing and segregation, as well as the effects of essential process parameters by empirical model developed by fitting the data obtained in blending experiments carried out with two model formulations in different sizes of geometrically similar blenders. Using two completely different model formulations in this study, we are also seeking to distinguish between results specific to a particular mixture and those valid in a more general scale.
Segregace částic farmaceutických směsí pro přímou tabletaci
Břenková, L. ; Bělohlav, Z. ; Durdil, P. ; Eliášová, H. ; Hanika, Jiří ; Jašprová, D. ; Tomášek, V. ; Zámostný, P.
The paper was aimed at both the observation of major excipients effect on mixture homogeneity and stability in pilot plant conditions and the development of an experimental technique for investigation of the powder mixture segregation tendency and distinguishing between different segregation mechanisms.
Fuzzy Modeling of Drug Wet Granulation Process
Břenková, L. ; Bělohlav, Z. ; Durdil, P. ; Hanika, Jiří ; Kalčíková, J. ; Tomášek, V.
Paper deals with modeling of wet granulation process using fuzzy logic. approach. Experimental data measured in plant conditions of Zentiva Co. were utilized for design and optimization of the model. Two fuzzy models were proposed in order to improve process control of wet granulation. Using physical properties of raw material it is possible to determine approximative values of drug wet granulation process parameters.
Zvětšování měřítka vlhkého granulačného procesu s vysokým smykem
Belohlav, Z. ; Brenková, L. ; Durdil, P. ; Hanika, Jiří ; Lehotský, M. ; Rápek, P. ; Tomášek, V.
Mathematical modelling of granulation process represents a useful tool for rules of safe scale-up procedure definition. The same granulator filling ratio, geometrical similitude of granulator and its impeller and chopper, identical peripheral impeller velocity and identical conditions for heat transfer in case of constant all technological and operation parameters are the most important conditions for successful data scale-up.
