This master's thesis aims to introduce the concept of social economy, the development and the status of the social economy organizations in France and the Czech Republic, in particular the structure, history, finacial resources and legal framework of cooperatives, one of the four key parts of social economy. By comparison of sectors in both states it explaines the present situation and aims to suggest new chalenges and inspiration for the implementation process of social economy concept and cooperatives in the Czech Republic.

Title of bachelor thesis: Diagnostic methods for examination of hypermobility Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with problems of hypermobility (hypermobile syndrome) with particular focus on diagnostic methods for examination. Hypermobility may be understood as an expression for the reduced quality of connective tissue, which causes deterioration of the biomechanical stability of the joint. Therefore, it is necessary to diagnose joint hypermobility correctly and accurately. Even though the existence of a wide range of method for examination for joint hypermobility, hypermobility is often overlooked. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The basic question of this thesis is which kinds of the diagnostic methods for hypermobility exist and how is their practical use. The theoretical part includes actual information about hypermobility (hypermobile syndrome) based on information mentioned in foreign studies and articles. The theoretical part provides general information about hypermobility, the classification of individual types of hypermobility and an overview of available diagnostic methods especially.
