My bachelor’s thesis is concerned with a marketing method concept of the Aston com Company, Ltd., which is on the market since 2004. In present it is unknown for their customers. The company’s target is to discover the way leading to increase awareness of customers by offered services (through appropriate marketing strategies). At first I would like to mention a theoretical basis of marketing strategy, than I am going to deal with a communication technology market research and analysis of an actual position and finally I am going to specify a detailed proposal how to improve a marketing position of the company.
Evaluation of the Municipality Management of the Community

The diploma thesis deals with the overall evaluation of management of the corporation Lešná, that is based on the usage of the selected financial methods during the period 2007 – 2011. The paper is divided into the several parts. The theoretical part deals with the findings of the management of the corporations located in the Czech Republic and in the practical part, the corporation Lešná is introduced and its revenues and expenditures are analyzed. The suggested proposals are based on the detected weaknesses and lead to improvement of its financial situation in the upcoming years.
