In the theoretical part, there are analyzed current trends in the field of the web design, analytical part deals with analysis of current status and practical part describes the concrete design of the website based on the findings described in the theoretical part.

Development of a SW for automatic processing of photographs from measurements using an erosion bridge

This bachelor thesis deals with development of software for automatic processing of photographs from erosion bridge measurements. The software is developed in cooperation with the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Brno University of Technology. The aim of the thesis is to develop a program for automatic evaluation of measurements that are recorded by means of photographs and make the processing simple for user. Standard image processing methods are used for automatic evaluation. The software also includes a graphical interface in which the user has an overview of the processing and its results. The output of the measurements is a soil profile curve, which is then saved in format suitable for further use. The software also allows the comparison of two such curves and determines the difference in area between them. Furthermore, a method is designed to determine the actual dimensions of the output curve, its accuracy is then compared with an existing method.

The analysis of antibiotics expositio in inpatients after transplantion of stem cells

The uniqueness of the study flows from the characterisitics of analysed patients'group with sorted serious blood malignities requiring bone marrow transplantation. Moreover the thesis' aim is to judge, whether the correctness, accuracy, frequency of the administration and the sufficiency of the used daily dosages of the antimicrobial drugs in the cliníc was in order. The script also addresses to the field of combined antimicrobial treatment. It also scans, which drugs are administered in the hospitál department and under what circumstances and those empirical data compares with the guidelines. This diploma work observes as well the popularity of administered medicaments and examines their usage during two investigated years. The present day state referring to multi or poly rezistent germs including the mechanisms of the selection of these perilous clones is analysed in the theoretical part. That thesis...

Derivatives of pyrazine as potencial antitubercular drugs

PharmDr. Martin Doležal, Ph.D. Title of Thesis Derivates of pyrazine as antitubercular drugs Pyrazinamide (PZA) as a traditional antitubercular drug and quite simple molecul offers many possibilities to change its structure. Thaťs the way how to gain more entities with greater antitubercular potency. The series of 14 not yet described compounds have been synthetised. All of them were derived from 3-chloropyrazine- 2,5-dicarbonitrile by nuclephilic substitution with non-aromatic amines (i.e. aliphatic, cycloaliphatic, eventually heterocyclic) in position 3. The prepared substances were put to in vitro antimycobacterial, antibacterial and antifungal testing. The highest aliphatic analogues manifested supreme activity against M. tuberculosis H37Rv, whereas 3-heptylaminepyrazine-2,5-dicarbonitrile achieved the best outcome comparable with PZA recalculated to MIC 12,5 µg/ml. Moreover, few substances (especially 3-hexylaminepyrazine-2,5- dicarbonitrile) manifested activity against M. kansasii and M. avium, which are meant to be unsusceptible to PZA.
