Electrodynamic forces in electrical apparatuses
Dobrovolný, Jan ; Bušov, Bohuslav (referee) ; Šimek, David (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with phenomena caused by electrical current passing through electrical apparatuses current path. The main focus is on electrodynamic forces. These forces are created by the interaction of magnetic fields and significantly takes effect in case of short circuits because they rise with square of current. Electrodynamic forces are problematic especially in contacts, where it causes a repulsive force working against the contact force. A proposal of electrical apparatus must take into account these forces and must be sufficiently dimensioned. Selected apparatus - disconnector, is redrawn into 3D program SolidWorks. Electrodynamic forces on individual parts of current carrying path were calculated for short circuit current. Total balance of forces is created. The disconnector has been tested for a withstand current to verify an endurance against electrodynamic forces.
Analysis of electrodynamic forces in electrcal apparatus
Dobrovolný, Jan ; Valenta, Jiří (referee) ; Šimek, David (advisor)
The master thesis deals with the phenomena called electro-dynamic force in the electrical apparatus. Nowadays, there are high requirements for electrical devices. The devices and especially their contacts are subject to high demands on reliability, reliability and mechanical durability. The electro-dynamic forces caused by the passage of electric current mechanically deform the current path. The design of the electrical apparatus must take these forces into account. Equations for electro-dynamic forces calculation are presented. In master thesis, individual parts of the current path are derived and described. Various configurations and designs of the current path are solved. The thesis also deals with the issue of forces in electrical contacts. Individual theoretical equations are then applied to a particular disconnector QAK, made by company IVEP, a.s. Parts of the disconnector were redrawn into 3D program SolidWorks. The model was analysed in program ANSYS Maxwell. The thesis compares the achieved results of analytical equations and numerical simulations.
Theory of protectionism and trade policy of the European Union
Dobrovolný, Jan ; Benáček, Vladimír (advisor) ; Mertlík, Pavel (referee)
The thesis deals with the issue of protectionism, i.e. governmental policies for restricting international trade, from both theoretical and practical point of view. The first part is concerned with theory of protectionism in the framework of perfect competition in world markets. The emphasis is placed on the tariff on imports as the basic instrument of protectionist international trade policy. The second part is focused practically and deals with protectionist instruments within trade policy of the European Union. The Common Agricultural Policy of European Union is analyzed more properly. Logistics in the company WISSA, spol. s r.o.
Dobrovolný, Jan ; Mervart, Michal (advisor) ; Jirsák, Petr (referee)
This thesis deals with the logistics of WISSA, spol. s r.o. The aim of this thesis is the characterization of the individual areas of the company's logistics. It also summarizes the legislative and contractual requirements, which the company must follow. I describe the company's system of transportation, warehousing, inventory management, as well as the flow of logistical information. I also note the tools that enable the function of each area. I am also looking for problems that arise in the company's logistics and I am trying to provide solutions for them. Using of various analysis and methods - such as the ABC method or the method of inventory management, I suggest improvements for corresponding areas of logistics. At the request of company management, which also represents the main user of the results of this thesis, I deal with several decision problems related to logistics. Specifically, I am providing them with information for the choice concerning the benefits of changing the location of the company's warehouse or decisions about the choice of transportation methods.
