The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the economy and fundraising activities of selected non-profit organization, Oblastní charita Vyškov. The teoretical part of the thesis describes the issues of the non-profit sector, fundraising and churches, religious societies, and religious legal entities. The analytical part includes the analysis of costs and revenues, financial performance, and fundraising. Conslusion of the bachelor thesis, there are presented own solution to raising funds.

Aplication and evaluation of sponsoring for rhythmic gymnastics competition

Title: Application and evaluation of sponsoring for rhythmic gymnastics competition Objectives: The main objective is the offering of sponsorship packages that have been made previously to former and current sponsors in order to entice them to come back and stay. The next sub-objective is to establish cooperation with new potential partners for competition in rhythmic gymnastics with a tailor-made offer. Methods: In the work are used the methods of quantitative and qualitative research. The method of written polling is applied to former and current sponsors and the method of direct mail and individual semi-structured interview is applied to the selected potential sponsors. Results: During the data collection it was found that the former and current sponsors would prefer a more diverse list of options. Based on the results new sponsorship packages were compiled and especially great demanded list of advertisement options. Thanks to some interviews some new sponsors were added to the competition. Metabolom rostlin a jeho proměny v reakci na stres

Adverse environmental effects have a significant impact on plants' life and influ-ence the plants' metabolome. Specific stress-related responses are manifested both on plant development and its metabolites. This thesis entitled "Plant metabolome and its response to stress" outlines the composition of plant metabolome and reviews stress-related metabolites and metabolomics processes. The experimental part summarizes the results of two independent experiments. First, Hordeum vulgare response to stress was followed via targeted LC-MS metabolomics and proteome analysis. Next, a drought response was analyzed in Solanum lycopersicum via GC-MS metabolome profiling. Results highlighted a tissue-specific response to stress and pinpointed several putative abiotic stress markers

Diurnální variace v proteomu rostlin

The proteome is dynamic and constantly changing. However, some of these changes will repeat over the period of time due to biorhythms. This periodicity in a protein abundance is maintained by the inner clock and regulation of expression, translation and degradation. This thesis entitled "Diurnal variations in plant proteome" summarizes present-day understanding of the plant inner clock and reviews the mechanisms of proteasome-mediated targeted degradation. In the experimental part, the diurnal variations in proteome of Arabidopsis thaliana were analyzed via an LC-MS profiling of wild-type (Col-0) and transgenic Arabidopsis seedlings with an inhibited proteasome degradation pathway. In total, profiles of 199 most abundant proteins were compared. Out of these 25 % were not significantly affected by diurnal rhythms and 72% had a significantly different response in seedlings with the inhibited proteasome patway.
