The market for sheep and goat dairy product in South Bohemia region

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to evaluate an offer of sheep and goat dairy products from small local farmers in the South Bohemian region and in the local sales network, and additionally to evaluate customer´s demand for these products. The assortment survey was carried out by own research of 15 small farmers in the South Bohemian region and also in four supermarkets. An online questionnaire was sent out via social network in order to obtain more information about customer's demand for these product. The achieved result with 123 participants shows that the offer of small farmers is primarily oriented on goat dairy products, sheep dairy products are exceptional. In terms of the sales network offer, there is a great variety in goat and sheep dairy products. The questionnaire survey indicates that even though customers use sheep and goat dairy product, they continue to prefer cow dairy products. The result of this survey may serve to farmers as an introduction of a variety in sheep and goat dairy products offer in South Bohemian region and hereby help them to adjust their production and distribution.
Pension insurance benefits in the Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis is theoretically aimed at clarifying the selected benefits of pension insurance in the Czech Republic. Introducing the social security system and focusing on the 1st pillar of social security in the Czech Republic. In the introductory part, the thesis focuses on the historical development of pension insurance to its present form. Then a closer look at pensions from Czech pension insurance - regular and early pensions old-age, invalidity, widow's, widow's and orphan's pensions. The bachelor thesis is prepared from the available professional literature, legislative sources and the websites of competent institutions.

The criminal justice as well as the persons participating in criminal proceedings, they both are currently facing number of newly posed challenges and unanswered questions so far, due to the onward going integration of the European Union and much closer cooperation of the Member States, in the field of the Procedural Criminal Law. There have been established many new institutions within the field of the European Union in last few years and there were adopted many legal tools which directly influence the cooperation between the judicial and police authorities of individual countries. In connection with newly emerging forms of the crime and more coherent cooperation of the perpetrators of severe crime, the relevant authorities at the union level as well as at the national level encounter situations not being resolved at all, or which are specified by theoretical standards only and have not been put into practice yet. Rezistence sóji luštinaté k původci bakteriální spály Pseudomonas syringae pv. glycinea

This thesis describes fundamental biological characteristics of soybean. Main topic of the thesis is finding resistence of twelve soybean varieties to bacterial blight. Virulence of four Pseudomonas syringae pv. glycinea isolates was tested in laboratory conditions to find isolates with the highest virulence, which were then used for testing of selected soybean varieties resistance to this patogen. The highest virulence was found in Šumperk 112 isolate and Žabčice isolate. These isolates were used for testing of soybean varieties resistance. The lowest resistance was found in Moravians variety, low resistance was found in Laurentiana variety and Bru-nensis variety. High resistance was found in Gallec variety and Chinese NM3 variety.
