Sports Center
Buchtelová, Aneta ; Utíkal, Aleš (referee) ; Utíkalová, Ivana (advisor)
The contents of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a sports center. It´s a building with three floors, ie. two floors and basement. The building has a partial basement. In the building are sports facilities for fitness, squash courts, wellness, office spaces for employees and management. On the ground floor there is also a canteen with operating facilities. The main entrance is located on the west side of the proposed parking lot. The building can be entered on the south and east side of the building through the canteen and a side staircase. A total of seventy-eigth parking places are designed in the center, four of which are for people with reduced mobility and orientation. The building is designed of ceramic bricks with a two–way construkction system and insulated ETICS system. The facade of the building is partly contact and partly ventilated. Elements for green walls are used on the walls. The building is covered with a flat green extensive roof.

Contents of the bachelor´s thesis is a project of the elaboration of project documentation for the construction od an apartment building. I tis a building with five floors. The building has a total od 9 residencual units. ALl apartments have a balcony, terrace orlodgia. On the ground floo there is a barrier-free apartment, which has a separate main entrance and its own garden. There i salso common area on the ground floor with cellars a technical room, a meeting room, a chambers for placing tools for building mainterance, a cleaning room and a carriage hause with a bicycle shed. The last floor is designed as an esit to flat intensive roof and for 6 storage of equitment for uts mainterance. In front od the building is designed a total od 18 parking spaces, 2 of which are for people with limited mobility and orientation. The accesibilty of the building is desugned using paved surfaces and an elevator. The building is designed drom a two-way wallsystém made of ceramic blocks. The external vertical perimetr structures are insulated with the ETICS systém made of expanded polystyrene.
Glaucoma - family-based genetic analysis in relation to autoimmunity
Buchtelová, Aneta ; Daňková, Pavlína (advisor) ; Ďuďáková, Ľubica (referee)
Introduction: Recent findings about the pathogenesis of glaucoma have already demonstrated the presence of some specific autoimmune mechanisms. It has also been shown that autoimmune diseases often manifest in co-occurrence, such as celiac disease and type 1 diabetes mellitus or psoriasis. This association can be explained by sharing some of the risk variants of HLA molecules class II. Considering glaucoma an autoimmune disease, the question raises how the glaucoma genetic risk factors affect the phenotype of another autoimmune disease or vice versa, whether genetic risk variants associated for example with celiac disease can affect the glaucoma phenotype. Aims: The aims of this study were to i) identify possible genetic risk markers associated with the development of glaucoma, based on the available literature, and to map their occurrence among members of a three-generation family suffering from glaucoma and multiple autoimmune diseases, ii) find carriers of HLA-DQ2/DQ8 among the members of the same family, iii) verify whether an individual's genotype correlates with his/her phenotype, and iv) determine the potential effect of specific HLA alleles on the glaucoma phenotype. Material and methods: This study used DNA samples derived from 34 members of a three-generation family, in which coeliac...

The possibility of measuring the intensity of physical activity based on the number of steps and heart rate data in adults, school and preschool children
Jarco, Michal ; Buchtelová, Aneta (advisor) ; Musálek, Martin (referee)
The number of people suffering from overweight or obesity is growing worldwide. One of the most important factors contributing to weight gain is the lack of exercise, which is nowadays caused mainly by a sedentary lifestyle. Exercise is therefore very important for our health and in children it also significantly contributes to the proper development of their cognitive functions. This thesis is focused on the possibility of using data about total number of steps for a certain time unit (per minute or throughout the day) to classify the intensity of physical activity (especially moderate and vigorous) it also marginally deals with the possibility of evaluating the intensity of physical activity using heart rate data. According to internationally recognized standards, an adult should spend at least 30 minutes (60 minutes is recommended for children) a day in moderate intensity physical activity, or 15 minutes (30 minutes for children) in vigorous intensity physical activity. Many studies focused on adults agreed that the cadence of around 90-110 steps per minute is optimal for achieving moderate intensity of physical activity, but the height, age and gender of individuals also play an important role. For children, this value is around 120 steps per minute, but age is much more important than gender....
