The teacher´s view of methods of the pupils performance evaluation at primary school

Diploma thesis The attitude of teachers towards the assessment of pupils at the primary school deals with various aspects of the assessment of pupils by the teacher and by the individual factors influencing the evaluation. In theory part, I explain the concept of evaluation in general. I go into details about school evaluation as a specific field. I describe the different forms, methods and types of evaluations, their importance for the pupil, the teacher and parent. The practical part includes research by using an online questionnaire for parents and a semi-structured interview with teachers. The aim of the online questionnaire was to find a parent point of view about satisfaction with the evaluation and the form of evaluation of their children, and I also found out what of the forms of evaluation is clear and readable for them. Through the semi-structured interview with teachers, I wanted to reveal an opinion on the demands or ease of use of the evaluation process, the pedagogue's view on forming and motivating the pupil through evaluation and the importance of evaluation for the teacher himself.

International Tax Optimization in Investment Banking

The theme of this thesis is focused on international tax planning with a narrower specification using offshore companies and all on the field of investment banking. The task of this thesis certainly does not an accurate tax analysis of individual taxes paid standardly in the classic onshore countries. On the contrary, the intention is to provide a wider range of options which the international tax planning can offer to us and what are the specifics of individual, for us certainly attractive, countries or in which cases we should already start to think to optimizing the tax in the international context. I will use Czech-Slovak investment J & T group to analysis mentioned above.

Sdílení klientských informací, jeho úprava a aktuální podoba v České republice

Sdílení klientských údajů je v dnešní době velice aktuálním tématem a dotýká se prakticky každého občana. Práce se snaží nastínit současnou situaci v České republice. Je rozvržena do čtyř hlavních kapitol, ve kterých je nahlíženo na sdílení klientských údajů z více pohledů a to především z pohledu legislativního a institucionálního. Další části jsou věnované současné situaci a budoucímu vývoji v České republice a srovnání tohoto stavu se situací na Slovensku.
