Construction of the stand for the filaments on spools
Bezděk, Petr ; Dočkal, Kryštof (referee) ; Škaroupka, David (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop a stand for filament spools with minimal unwinding resistance, which eliminates stitching of filament and calculates the amount of unwound material. The stand is designed for a spool filament in the weight range of 250 g to 2.5 kg. Furthermore, the goal is to make the stand universal and usable for various 3D printers. The problem is solved by selecting the most appropriate concept for the problem based on the applicable concept analysis. The work contains an overview of the essential facts concerning stands, unwinding and 3D printing. Subsequently, the key issues are analysed on the basis of balancing the benefits of the possible variants of the concept. The chosen concept is solved in structural parts, which ultimately form a functional unit and a completed product. The result is a complete stand design in the form of written work, production documentation and manufactured product. The stand function has been verified by testing. The work is beneficial in terms of expanding awareness of rack issues, identifying 3D printing problems associated with the spool stand, designing and finished products for use in printing. The design is entirely designed to produce only one piece.
Analysis of the Company Information System and the Change Proposal
Bezděk, Petr ; Pálka, Ladislav (referee) ; Dydowicz, Petr (advisor)
The content of this work is the analysis and design changes of the information system of the corporation Regionální centrum kooperace which offers consulting services and manages the industrial area. The work is divided into two main parts. The first part is analysis of the current status. Specialized methods will be used for the rating of the information system and the degree of fulfillment of requirements. The second part will be focused on the design of changes and the customization of the system for specific needs of this company.
The Investment Models in an Environment of Financial Markets
Bezděk, Petr ; Stoklásek, Libor (referee) ; Budík, Jan (advisor)
The content of my master´s thesis is the creation of automatic trading system which will be applied on real trading account mainly on financial markets of currency pairs. The thesis is divided to several parts where the theoretical part will introduce the problem of trading on financial markets. Following part analyses needs of small trader on the financial markets, selecting suitable instruments which will be used in automatic trading system. The part of the own solution design will create the mentioned automatic trading system which will be applied on broker´s demo account where the system will be tested mainly on historical data. Based on test results, system will be optimized and in case of usable results of testing also system will be applied on real trading account in trading company.
Design of rotary table with maximal load capacity 65 000 kg
Bezděk, Petr ; Marek, Jiří (referee) ; Hermanský, Dominik (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a rotary table for machining large non-rotary workpieces up to a maximum weight of 65 000 kg. The aim of the work is to analyze and evaluate the current state of knowledge in the field of rotary tables, to create a table design according to the assignment and its 3D model with part of the drawing documentation. The theoretical part of the work searches for solutions used in the construction of rotary tables in the category of table according to the assignment. The information obtained is further used in the design of rotary table solution variants. By evaluating the weight of the required properties and their degree of fulfillment, a variant of the design solution of the table is selected, which is then designed. The individual design steps are described and explained in the text part of the work accompanied by pictures and calculations. The result of the process is a structural design of the mechanical part of the rotary table with a 3D model and partially processed drawing documentation. The contribution of the work is the summarization of relevant information for the design of rotary tables, the processed procedure of solving the design of the table and the modeled design of the rotary table. These outputs can be further treated as documentation for the production of the designed table, the development of the rotary table design to deeper details or technical development in this area.
