The purpose of this bachelor thesis (high standard detached house) is preparing the project documentation for the building of the houses. This house is designed for four family members and is situated in the centre of Kravaře. The building is solved as detached, without basement, two-storey high. The first floor can be devided into three parts. Technical part, active part and relaxing part. In the technical part is located the garage for two cars, technical room and the storage for garden supplies, bikes and other working tools. We can also included to this part the stairs and WC. In active zone of the house is located living room with the dining room and the kitchen. Relaxing part of the house consist of single room with sauna and shower bath. The second floor consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, hall and the changing room.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with design documentation of the family house with an establishment. Family house is designed for a four person family living. The house is situated in the Nitra region, in the territory of the municipality Belince, located on the parcel 248/19. The building is designed as a brick construction with ISOVER insulation system. The vertical and horizontal load bearing constructions are designed of system YTONG. Family house is covered with a gable roof with inclination of 25°. The construction of the sloping roof is made of wooden components forming the construction framework. The building has two floors. In the first floor there is situated the day part of family house and in extented part, on the front side of the house, is part of establishment.. In the second floor there is the night part of family house – the rooms for the privateuse of the owners.

This Batchelor thesis describes the family house with establishment of the cafe. This object si located on the site number 2061/4 in Studénka. Tha family house is suitable for a family with 4 – 5 members. The house is without basement and thera are two floors. The house has 3 mono-pitched roof. The building is designed with HELUZ systém. The building is based on concrete footings. There is a wooden staircase. In the building there is a two-way support system. Heating is made by the gass boiler.

Bachelor’s thesis deals with the preparation of a new detached house with a place of business at a level of the documentation for the structure realization. The building is partly basement with two above-ground floor and a flat roof. The building is situated on steep terrain of the village Krásné Pole. The work puts emphasis on layout including security of the construction in terms of statics, architecture, energy savings and safety at utilizing the structure.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the project documentation of a family house with an establishment. The building is situated in Smilovice in the Silesia. The house is divided into living part for a family and establishment for a dentist. The part for living is two floored. There are used sand-lime bricks and half span roofing. The establishment is build of same bricks, but it’s only one floored and the roof is flat. The building is located in a flat terrain.
