Czech advent masses and their place in the liturgy of Advent

Czech advent mass and their place in the liturgy of Advent This thesis deals with the phenomenon of Czech advent mass and their place in the liturgy of Advent. It represents the interconnection of music and liturgy from the beginning through Gregorian chant , polyphonic music, folk and spiritual song to the votive Mass of the Blessed Virgin Mary, at the advent mass was sung . With the advent mass bachelor thesis observes their development from inception to the present form and location in the now commonly used hymn books . They recorded town , where most advent mass singing and where they are most often placed archival indicative of their original form. These records, ie different rorátní books and hymn books are also briefly mentioned . Attention is drawn to the most frequent interpreters advent mass , and those are the literary fraternity. The work also mentions the importance of the advent mass for the Czech language and shows the advent mass as a natural expression of deep devotion in the Czech Keywords Singing, song, advent, liturgy, music, advent mass, literary brotherhoods, Hymnal, Marian devotion
Marian spirituality of Benedict XVI.

Working in its first part introduces the basic points of Marian spirituality. It shows her sources in the Old and New Testaments. The following are presented and analyzed its theological basis and are also compared various doctrinal truth doctrine of the Virgin Mary looking chosen saints of important theological figures with attitudes Joseph Ratzinger - Pope Benedict XVI. In the second half of the work is shown in the way he lived and understood Marian spirituality during his pontificate. The final section is intended to Benedict's thoughts, which are developed by individual elements of Marian devotion.

Analýza motivace a spokojenosti v podniku Europrint

The thesis focuses on summarising the basic theoretical knowledge in the field of motivation and job satisfaction. It further analyses motivation and satisfaction in the selected company, aiming to determine the level of employee motivation and satisfaction. It identifies factors of dissatisfaction and suggests possible solutions to problem areas on the basis of the data. The analysis was carried out on the production staff of Europrint stock company. Survey metodology to research this area was by way of questionnaire survey. The respondents answered questions about routine matters, labour conditions and wage, working conditions and environment, management and relationships in the workplace.
Application of Value Added Tax in Association without Legal Personality

The theme of this diploma thesis is "Application of Value Added Tax (VAT) in Association without Legal Personality". The thesis focuses on such type of association that is mainly used by entrepreneurs-individuals for the purposes of their consistent gainful activity. This type of association is the most common in practice. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is theoretical and provides with a general view of the legal frame of the association without legal personality under the Civil Code which represents the main basis for the application of the Law of VAT. Association participants who have the status of VAT taxpayers are obliged to observe general VAT rules, but there are some exceptions. The second chapter of the thesis is dealing with the analysis of legal regulations of the association without legal personality governed by the Law of VAT. With regard to the fact that these legal regulations are insufficient, the diploma thesis should offer proposals for making them better. So that the legal certainty of association participants could become higher.
