The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is to create a business plan for the establishment of a studio for yoga classes. The thesis consist of several parts, theoretical, analytical and practical. In the theoretical part are defined the basic terms. In the analytical part is analyzed the current situation in the market. The practical part is focused on the bussines plan for the establishment of the yoga studio.

The diploma thesis evaluates the economical situation of company FXY, a.s. from 2013 to 2020 using statistical methods. The theoretical part describes financial indicators, time series, and regression and correlation analysis. The analytical part consists of financial indicator calculations. The future development of the company is being predicted based on statistical methods applied to a subset of the financial indicators mentioned before. The last part suggests enhancements to improve the economical situation of the company based on the results from the analytical part.
