Influence of regulatory measures on the EU Czech winery from 1999 - present

In the context of accession to the EU, which undoubtedly affected all sectors of the Czech economy, these sectors had to set new terms to deal somehow. How is the process of accession to the EU deal Czech wine producers and the impact integration had on consumers, it is the intention of this work. The EU wine sector is one of the most regulated areas within the Common Agricultural Policy. This thesis is an analysis of various regulatory measures and to evaluate the effectiveness of these measures in relation to the wine producers as well as its consumers. It is therefore examined the effectiveness of individual instruments of the Common Market for wine. The method comparison study is primarily agricultural and economic indicators in the period before and after the EU entry. The practical part contains its own survey of producers and discovers their opinion on the accession process. The conclusion summarizes the results of its investigation and analysis in order to determine whether regulatory action is within the common market in wine really helps wine producers and wine consumers.
