The bachelor work describes fullfilling of patiental needs in Hospital for long-term illness and hospic. The main goal of this work is description of differences in providing care with the emphasize on needs of patients in both facilities. The research part of this work is done by answer sheets from stuff in both facilities and by intervieww with a man and a woman representing the public community. The research part is also focused on fulfilling needs of patients relations and on stuff in facilities. The research refers to some actions, which are important for better care of patients, their relations and stuff in these facilities. In conclusion I reflect acquire findings. This thesis describes the role of health-social worker and non-medical patient. The main objective of this work is to explore possibilities and ways in which the profession of health-social worker may be enhanced so as to be able to effectively fulfill its mandate to help the non-medical patient in the broadest sense. The research part is focused on interviews with four health-social workers and six non-medical patients, then the practice in a particular medical device. The practical part is to obtain an empirical basis for this work. The work highlights the need to address the situation of non-medical patient and the role of health-social workers at various levels to ensure the work of health-social worker be due to non-medical patients effectively, reduce the number of medical facilities and non-medical patients still remained an autonomous person. The occurrence of domestic and wild forms of the camels in the old world and their economic use

Genus camel (Camelus) includes two species, the Dromedary camel (Camelus dromedarius) and Bactrian camel (Camelus bactrianus). Camels have a wide range of utilization. People in Arabia countries but also in India and Egypt are using camels as a milk and meat animal, or even as a transport and companion animals and riding animals too. The aim of this thesis was to find sources about camel keeping and using and his role of farm animal in different cultures and countries. And about conditions and requirements in captivity. The first part of thesis contains information about phylogeny and origin of the camel family, taxonomy of camels, short information about the history of domestication and using of camels. There are also described the two species in terms of species biology etc. plus a brief mention of camel hybrids and camel breeds. The second part focuses on the use of camels. The preffered and most common use is in the production of milk, other dairy products from camel milk, fermentation of milk. Another use is for meat performance, meat composition, describes products. His utilization i also useful for other parts such as hair wool and mane, they come mainly from bactrian camel (Camelus bactrianus). The last is working utilization of camels, carrying baggage. Then hobby use. The thesis describes the conditions of keeping camels in captivity, keeping camels in Somalia, requirements for the supply of water and food, housing conditions in the Czech Republic, it is particularly widespread keeping camels in zoos. In Czech Republic they are small private camel breeders. For comparison they are conditions for keeping camels in captivity in Australia.

Bullying is a frightening phenomenon, which begins accompany children from preschool age.In recent years there has been considerable growth cases.The children bullying are most vulnerable to the basic school.Speeches bullying, albeit in a different scale, exist in each of the mapping work was school.The aim incidence of bullying among pupils in elementary school fourth classes, monitoring pupils' awareness of bullying and their experiences.From conducted research shows that almost half of pupils fourth classes selected primary schools with bullying met, even before the basic second degree of school.Pupils are informed about what is bullying, but not sufficient to provide an overview on how to deal with when confronted with bullying.
THE INFLUENCE OF SOCIETY ON THE ORIGIN OF THE MENTAL ANOREXY

Eating disorders constitute weighty corporate problem. Frequence their occurrence in population records always bigger growth. Each year is in Czech republic hospitalized at average 500 patient with mental anorexia. Public is effected modern diets that the no matter what already exploited from reducing reasons or for reasons by other digest on Czech soil boom comparable with others European countries. Presently one for many reasons fear from thickness is muck - raking obesity. World revue - bis to us like pattern eye - appeal push in skinny girls. Emaciated lady's attacks on girls at puberty from posters, envelopes magazines also television advertisements. No wonder that the girls thorough sensitive period sees selves themselves as unsightly, thick and hence unsuccessful. From effected research is perceptiblethat the media, also society, work life above all young girls, but on rise anorexia always partake several factors, hence come short of only pressure public.
