Praktická část využívá kvantitativní analýzu pro zhodnocení vývoje minimální a průměrné mzdy v ČR. Porovnává také mzdové ukazatele s ostatními evropskými zeměmi a zkoumá faktory, které ovlivňují výši mezd, jako je zaměstnanost, vzdělání a genderová nerovnost.
