Motivation as a leadership
Andrejsková, Petra ; Fiedler, Jiří (advisor) ; Horáková, Jana (referee)
The bachelor´s thesis deals with the topic of motivation as a method of leadership. The thesis is divided into two major parts: the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical section is drawn upon reference books and explains basic theoretical knowledge regarding management, managerial functions, motivation, stimulation, motivation theories, motivation and communication deficiency. The theoretical findings have become the source and foundation for structuring the questions in the practical section. The practical part is comprised of the interviews with the trainers of two sports clubs. The questions are designed to ascertain how important the motivation is for the trainers, what kind of motivational methods they use and which specific incentives they prefer. The trainers´ views are recorded, compared, summarized and evaluated.
