The Influence of Insulating the Pensioners' Home in Šternberk on the Expenses Associated with its Operation

The diploma thesis is elaborate in order to evaluate the economic returns of each proposed building insulation options for seniors in Šternberk. For the calculation use to secluded brick apartment building in the street Žitná. The theoretical section describes the types of buildings according to heating demand and a list of different variants of thermal insulation materials. The second part contains suggestions for building insulation in several variants. It worked certificate of energy performance of buildings, costs of proposed options and the costs of operating the apartment building before and after the insulation. Based on the comparison of results is elaborate economic returns for each of the proposed options.

Family house - Štarnov

Bachelor´s thesis is prepared in the form of project documentation. This is a project of family house with projection office. The building is located in village Štarnov, is a partially basement and has two floors. Family house is situated by flat terrain. The house will be made from Porotherm witch contact insulation and single-layer flat roof. In the basement there is a store, a fitness and a technical room. The first floor is used for projection office, which is separated from the private area object with own entry. The second floor is used for private purposes.

Diploma thesis is prepared in the form of project documentation of building work for sports complex. The building is located in Štarnov, is free standing and has two floors. The structural system of the building is a reinforced concrete skeleton in combination with bearing masonry elements from porotherm. The roof will be made as single – layer flat roof and vegetation. The first floor there are changing rooms with social background and warehouse, technical room and cleaning room, fitness with changing rooms, there are reception, warehouses, changing room for employes, social background and bar. In the second floor is used for accommodation, session room and office.
