The time limitation of liability for administrative delicts Summary The subject of the submitted diploma thesis is the time limitation of liability for administrative delicts. The research deals with the current legislation which was adopted with Act No. 250/2016 Coll., On Liability for Administrative Delicts and Proceedings. Special legislation relevant to the topic is also included. The aim of the thesis is to analyse applied legal rules, point out the deficiencies and provide improvement suggestions. The chapters in the first part of the thesis are dedicated to the general meaning and properties of the legal institute of time limitation of liability in the Czech law. Following the description of the general meaning the thesis spells out that the used legislative term can represent a different meaning in the field of public law. Then the thesis describes legal properties of the time limitation of liability for public offences and the reason behind the adoption of the institute. The last chapter of the first part summarizes the legal relationship that is the object of the limitation. The second part of the thesis covers the relevant provisions of the No. 250/2016 Coll. Specialized support for adolescents and young adults with experience of upbringing in children's homes in the Czech Republic

Present thesis is focused on specialized support, which is provided in the Czech Republic to adolescents and young adults who have experience with upbringing in a children's home. The theoretical part of the thesis firstly describes the system of alternative care in the Czech Republic, covers the circumstances of removing children from their families and describes the facilities of children's homes. The next part depicts the specifics and needs of adolescents and young adults who have experience with upbringing in a children's home. With regard to the specifics of the target group, the thesis continues with a list of approaches, methods and techniques that can be used in working with clients. The empirical part aims to find out what forms of support are available to the target group in the Czech Republic. Through a quantitative survey, the research found out which entities provide support and what specific form this support takes. The research was preceded by a pilot survey, which addressed children's homes in the Czech Republic. The children's home questionnaire asked whether the facilities cooperated with organizations that provide support to the target group and what are the eventual organizations. Support of small-scale farmers in Mbekweni township trough establishment of agricultural extension program

The aim of this thesis is to examine the possible role of agricultural extension program in Mbekweni township in Republic of South Africa. The first theoretical section discusses basic aspects of current environment of agricultural holdings, role and position of small-scale agricultural holdings in current agribusiness. Special emphasis is put on concept of agricultural extension as a tool for provision of information connected to farming practices. In the second practical section the model project using this method for particular target group. In accordance with findings of this thesis is this project recognized as relevant for current situation.
