	Zaměstnanecké výhody ve společnostech podnikajících v oboru stavebnictví Šnajnarová, Michaela The aim of this thesis is to propose and recommend changes in the system of employee benefits for companies doing business in the field of construction. The thesis consists of two main parts. The first part is the literature review, summarizing the most important information about employee benefits, and also describing new trends in the field. It also the tax impact of employee's benefits are outlined. The following part consists of the evaluation of the questionnaire survey, of the analysis of dependence of selected qualitative characters and also of the rec-ommendation of the changes to increase the satisfaction of the employees.
