GPS Two-Stage Low Noise Amplifier
Šindler, Pavel ; Kasal, Miroslav (referee) ; Baran, Ondřej (advisor)
This work deals with a design of a low noise amplifier for the GPS band. The first part shortly describes properties of GPS signals and possible jamming sources. In the next chapter, basic parameters of low noise amplifiers, ways of the amplifier stability determination and stabilization are described. A summary of methods of a narrowband amplifier design follows. The next chapter contains a short description of filters usable in the designed amplifier. The next part deals with the design of the two-stage low noise amplifier with the help of Ansoft Designer software. The following part deals with the amplifier realization and its parameters measuring. At the end of this work, some experience with GPS signals reception with the realized low noise amplifier, a passive antenna and two different types of GPS receivers are mentioned.
Retrodirective antenna array
Šindler, Pavel ; Morávek, Ondřej (referee) ; Pokorný, Michal (advisor)
In the first part of this thesis a basic theory of retrodirective antenna arrays and their particular parts – antennas and mixers is summarized. Further, there is a basic summary of possibilities for an usage of retrodirective antenna arrays for an information transmission. The second part deals with the concrete retrodirective antenna array design. The design starts with creation of an antenna array model for MATLAB software. Then a suitable structure for further design is chosen. Further, particular parts of retrodirctive antenna array – a patch antenna, a mixer, a low-pass filter, a bandstop filter, a signal combiner and a Wilkinson power divider are designed and analyzed in Ansoft Designer software. For the patch antenna analysis also CST Microwave Studio software is used. The following part deals with the realization of particular parts of the retrodirecive antenna array and its parameters measuring.
Analysis of selected construction costs of the building
Šindler, Pavel ; Výskala, Miloslav (referee) ; Aigel, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with an analysis of chosen costs for building premises. The theoretical part clarifies the price issues, budgets and defining of particular terms, which are used in the practical part. The practical part deals with mistakes in the budget which are caused by a quantity surveyor or by a fault project documentation.
The influence of the position of the object at the price and cost of the building
Šindler, Pavel ; Výskala, Miloslav (referee) ; Aigel, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis focuses on impact of construction position and its impact on price of off-road transport. One of the main aims of the thesis is to assess influence of location of construction on its price and cost. Furthermore, the work aims at creating optimal procedure for processing information obtained from the budget. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part are described themes related to the given topic and in the practical part the obtained data are analyzed and subsequently processed
